How the Service Works
The “From home to service” service is provided for both warranty and non-warranty devices.
- On our website, you need to fill out the «From home to service»
- After submitting the request, our manager will call you within a few minutes to coordinate the details.
- If possible, make a backup of your data on the device. My-GL.com is not responsible for data preservation.
- After confirming the details, expect a call from our courier who will pick up your device for service.
- Once the device is repaired, you will receive an SMS notification. This means that your device will be sent back to you shortly.
- The device will be delivered to you with a receipt, serving as a guarantee for the replaced parts and the work done.
Please note that the “From home to service” service is chargeable regardless of the repair results.
